  • Run a race at Disney World (Done! 2/27/11)
  • Squat 200 lbs.
  • Do a chin-up
  • Do “Fran” in under 7:00 as Rxed
  • Do 18 rounds in “Cindy” as Rxed
  • Do 10 consecutive double unders
  • Swim one mile without stopping
  • Get a road bike/start road biking

    (You don’t need to publish this, but it’s bullshit that someone would discount your efforts in what was a tough, hot race day. You are a marathoner and did the same distance that the person who came in first did. Please don’t forget why you did this race, and try not to let anyone detract from it. Those that love you, and who matter, are proud of you, even if they might no longer be able to walk up and congratulate you.)
